LOUISVILLE UNDERGROUND: TROLL PUB UNDER THE BRIDGE

Louisville is full of interesting dining experiences. One of our greatest inventions in recent years has been The Urban Bourbon Trail, a project spearheaded by Stacy Yates and the Louisville Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. The UBT groups all bourbon-forward restaurants together in a stampable passport or Smartphone app. When guests visit 6 restaurants on the current year’s list, they can turn in their stamped passports for a tee shirt.

The Phantom Visits Troll Pub
Contrary to popular belief, spooks and spirits get hungry too. We like a good pub as much as the living do, and I've recently discovered a relatively new full service restaurant downtown that's the buzz of the supernatural community. This is the Phantom of the Ville coming to you from beneath the earth at the Troll Pub Under the Bridge at 150 W Washington Street right next to the YUM Center. If you were walking around downtown Louisville, you would easily miss the bar hiding under the Clark Memorial Bridge that leads to the north. Except for the trolls. Literally, peeking out from the underground bar, the goofy little mascots are a funny way to introduce you to the Troll Pub Under the Bridge. A dank little watering hole where locals love to go for pub food and a drink. The food here is good, and the atmosphere is perfect for the theme.
